How many problems in this world could be solved by empowering women? Think about the many problems facing the human species. Over population is the most pressing in my mind. Because of the heavy foot print of the human race (perpertrated mainly from western nations) is straining the resources of our Mother Earth, limiting the reproduction of our own race could alleviate many obstacles facing us. Global warming, pollution, strains on biodiversity to name a few. Women are nurturers and thinkers in a way that the dominators of our planet are not. Would women wage war, birth unwanted children, play dangerous ego games in politics and business? The feminine principal is in peril. It is up to us to empower each other so that we have our rightful place in all areas of decision making so that we can address the daunting problems we face around the world.
We have an example in Hillary. Whether or not you support her, she has demonstrated problem solving ability beyond her male counterparts and an inner strength we can all emulate. She is demonstrating the feminine principal with her book, "It Takes a Village". Unity will save us, not divisive tactics meant to pander to individual or collective national egos. Unless we all work to incorporate the strength of the feminine principal throughout the human landscape, we are surely in store for greater misery and problems. We can all do this by thinking of ourselves collectively as a human family rather than through national division. Our survival is at stake.
